Damian is a graduate of Rutgers-Newark Law School. After law school, Damian began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he handled cases--including major felonies--from inception to verdict in various divisions of the Office. Following his career as a prosecutor, Damian worked as a criminal defense attorney practicing in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During his ten-plus years practicing criminal law, Damian won numerous verdicts on behalf of clients and successfully argued several appeals. Damian eventually decided to apply his extensive courtroom skills to civil litigation matters where his skill at cross-examination has been used to the benefit of his clients.
Damian’s key strength is his ability to create visual productions for presentation to clients and today’s media-focused jurors. His use of technology to visually express his client’s position during trial has impacted juries who ultimately found in favor of his clients.
Outside of the courtroom, Damian is an avid golfer. He is also a practitioner of Taekwondo where he often competes in sparring competitions. Damian also works as an Admissions Liaison Officer to the United States Air Force Academy and also enjoys time at the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania as a Free & Accepted Mason.
Damian is licensed to practice in the local and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
